construction machines. We started our business from designing and producing flexible shaft for concrete  

vibrators for domestic market since 1998, then in 2007 we began to design and produce more machines  

such as concrete mixer, plate compactor, concrete saw, tamping rammer, scarifying machine, power trowel  

for abroad customers. 

From 2010,HIPER provide a diverse of light construction machines for different markets and demand. Inculding:
